We have been using the methods in the course for years, but recently decided to make it an online course. Boot Camp for the Mind is a 35-day online course that can help you overcome issues with mental health (anxiety, depression, etc.), marriage problems, mental barriers, toxic thoughts and beliefs, general wellness, and many others. It is an easy way to help shape your character into what you want it to be but from the comfort of your own home. The methods in this course have helped many people all over the world.
Each section will have a teaching on a new tool that will be able to help you overcome the issues you have. Each section starts at the beginning of the week and will only take you about 5 to 10 minutes to read. The first section is the longest and may take 20 to 30 minutes. There will be daily exercises that you will be doing that change every week as well. The daily exercises should take between 5 and 10 minutes per day. Overall it should take you about 1 to 1 1/2 hours per week to complete the course. Would you spend 10 minutes per day on yourself if it could actually help you change?
